So tasty and the spice is not overpowering like some other curry soups. Very enjoyable, especially on a cold day!

I only added a little bit of Himalayan Pink Sea Salt and enjoyed it thoroughly. It reminds me of the lentil soup that I order every time at my favorite Middle Eastern / Greek restaurant. A fabulous addition to my keto diet staples and must-haves.
